• Edge Computing: Distributed Analytics, Storage, and Orchestration
• IoT for Smart Cities: Autonomous Drones, Urban Air Quality, and Equitable Water Distribution
• Big Data for Genomics: In collaboration with the Center for Brain Research

Past research projects include:

• GoFFish: Distributed and Temporal Graph Algorithms, Querying and Storage
• ECHO: IoT Application Platform and Scheduling Strategies for Edge, Fog and Cloud Computing
• Fast Data Platforms for distributed stream processing
• Smart Campus project for deploying an IoT fabric within the IISc Campus with Smart Water Management as an initial use case.
